You will own our product-led growth strategy, designing and building systems to acquire customers through a scalable self-service product experience. You will specifically focus on the top-of-funnel, from when users first discover visor to the time when they get started in the product.
Right after you join, we will hire a software engineer whose primary focus will be supporting your go-to-market strategy. Within three months, you’ll begin spending on ads to acquire users. At six months, the ad budget will ramp up substantially and you’ll be optimizing the campaigns. At nine months, you’ll be rolling out organic acquisition strategies.
We already acquired hundreds of users using our current strategy, and we are looking forward to you helping us build on what we already learned. You will help us achieve our ambitious 18-month growth plans while also setting up a long-term system we can scale together.
While we have long-term ambitions to draw in users organically, we are using paid acquisition to jump start our flywheel. As such, you will be expected to have deep experience and familiarity running SEM, display, social, and other paid digital marketing efforts. We have set aside aggressive budgets to invest in your plans.
This is a New York City-based position with flexibility to work from home. Until all team members feel it is safe for in-person meetings, we will remain fully remote.
